Riverland Mas got its name from the 365 energetic rivers of Dominica. We will always portray something pertaining to our country to increase the awareness of the Dominican culture in North American festivals!

Riverland Mas was formed in August 2003 and our first T-shirt band named 'RIVERLAND' realized over 175 registered players. 

Riverland Mas presented the “TOUR GUIDES OF THE NATURE ISLE” in 2005 and last year we represented Dominica’s Sun and our beautiful sunsets with “NATURE ISLAND ON FIRE.”

In 2007 Riverland Mas  represented the Caribs of Dominica. Our exciting name for the band was “NATIVES GONE WILD.” We are very proud to have had the largest band on the road for Broward Carnival with well over 200 participants!!!
